  would provide 0 stars if allowed we had an appointment at a nearby clinic at 9am.. we booked this hotel to ensure ease in the morning (it was a 5 minute walk) i arrived at 10pm to no parking on a weds night to be told tough its my fault... PREMIER INN HAVE NOW REFUSED TO TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY AND WILL NOT REFUND ROOM RATE OR OFFER A SUITABLE ALTERNATIVE for the wasted money. i cannot comment on quality as we couldnt abandon car to book in also have yet to learn if ANPR will send a ticket which they also refuse to pay for as i had to park on yellow line to try and find some help... no warning on website re high traffic in car park also pictures also show empty car park ... complete misrepresentation... DO NOT BOOK HERE if you need any guarantee of service ... absolute money grabbing at its worst.....

  I’m rating this as a 3 star premier inn hotel, not a 5 star hotel in central London! And as a premier inn I have zero complaints, as a family we had pizzas and I had sea bass and they were cooked fantastically, what I would expect from a good quality restaurant in the town. And for £27 each you get a drink, a starter, a main and a breakfast, an absolute no brainier deal. Aircon worked a treat in this 35 degree heat. Definitely visit again

  Serves the purpose. You pay for what you get types. I don't have any complaints. Receptionist could have been a bit more kind and gentle

  Great location for Tube into London, clean rooms and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again!

  I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention has to go to Roxana, who was absolutely brilliant throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a great attitude. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive, and she truly made a difference. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!
